I am a Quality Professional. During 20+ years in manufacturing, I
have: taken a leadership role in the documentation and implementation
of ISO9001 and TS16949 registered quality systems, been the primary
customer contact for APQP activities and resolving customer
complaints, created and managed a new Quality Department for a newly
developing manufacturing facility, directed lean manufacturing
projects across the entire organization, led quality systems audits
and interfaced with second and third party auditors, and conducted
training on quality tools, leadership, and supervision.
Skills:
Ability to implement quality standards (ISO9001 and TS16949),
blueprint reading and GD&T, conduct quality audits, working knowledge
of lean manufacturing techniques, problem solving skills (8D), APQP
process, experience with metal stamping, machining, injection molding,
SPC and basic statistical techniques, supervise and train quality
personnel, and ability to communicate with all levels of the
organization.
