I am writing this cover letter to explain why I left the work force after 7 years in the
Administrative Assistant/Clerical field. My love of computers and the potential to always
learn new things kept me happy in my field of expertise, but once we started our family, I
felt I needed to be home with my babies. In 2002, I had my second child and that's when I
decided to be a full-time mom. I stayed home exclusively and focused on my children until
I started driving a school bus in 2012. During my time at home, I have continually used my
skills so that they were not lost and can still type 65-70 wpm and my 10-key is 12,000 ksph.
I love to type, learn new programs, try new things, be challenged, and definitely succeed. I
am a dependable, friendly, hard-working, detail-oriented, fast learner that always strives to
