EXPERIENCE
10/2013-Curent TDI Drivers Training - Senior Recruiter
I am Responsible for a staff of 3 recruiters. We recruit and train drivers
for approximately 17 of the largest trucking companies. It is our job to
help the student pass their CDL Permit test and then their CDL Drivers
test. We are secure pre-hires for our divers, so by the time they have
completed there certifications, class time and driving test there should be
several offers on the table for work.
I work as the main point of contact between the student, the finance
department, and the truck companies wanting to hire.
I am the first point of contact for the potential student. I explain how
the program works, the benefits he will receive.
We do background searches for driving record, criminal history and credit
history.
To this point I have placed 96% of my graduates. I have been able to
achieve this with hard work up from, making sure the applicant knows what
they are in for and breaking down all of the cost.

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the school
in accordance with state and federal accreditation and company policies and
regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. This position
provides academic advisement and leadership for all new and continuing
students throughout their academic program. Additionally, the Admissions
Coordinator role serves as a liaison between the student and the school
with regard to school policies and procedures; this includes developing
academic plans for degree or certificate completion following established
