Responsibilities

I am responsible for all aspects of this branch of a corporate tobacco specialty store. From planning to

merchandising, I order, display, advertise and inventory products that are appropriate for my community and

clientele. I hire, train, oversee and schedule all employees. I do daily reconciliations and banking. I closely

monitor daily sales and inventory to meet corporate goals and guidelines. I recruit business from restaurants

and bars by calling on them and discussing what liquor and wine I carry or can get specifically for them and

how I can save them money.

Accomplishments

I have added multiple new accounts in the past year. All stores in this corporation are also monitored by a

secret shopper program, and we have had 22 of the past 24 scores of 100%, and 12 in a row at 100%.
