organizations in hiring and maintaining employees. CCEM (Customer Contact Entitlement Migration) is a project that

requires the migration of all Kenexa Customers, Contact, entitlement and products to the IBM platform which entails

data analysis, database design and data migration.

Responsibilities:

Designed and developed data base models, data flow diagrams with MS Visio in accordance with the
