. Industrial Engineer responsible for Gentex's Rear Camera Display
sub-assembly area. Included 7 Manufacturing/Assembly Lines, and 18
associates per shift (A mix of 3-shift & 2-Shift Operations),
producing Micro-Electronic Sub-Assemblies.
. Responsible for approximately $198,000 in implemented hard & soft
cost savings projects over the course of 16 months. (Final Assembly
Reclaim Project, Toyota Reclaim, Reduced Change-over, reduction of
inventory obsolesced cost through the implementation of Min/Max
inventory system. Standardized Work Instructions, Routings, and
Information Systems usage.)
. Mentored and trained Entry-level Engineers for roles in mid-
