Responsibilities
I gie company to an elderly patient that left our Rehabilitation Unit. I make her meals, help her bathe, dress,
groom, and get to the restroom. I administer her morning and evening medications. I engage her in activities
she may enjoy such as baking. I do light cleaing.

I have been praised in my work by the ppatient and family, and preferred over other aides that have worked
with her.

Responsibilities
I work on the Rehabilitatioin Unit of the hospital. My responibilities include helping patients with the essentials
of daily living, ie bathing, grooming, and dressing. I perform transfers with patients that are on non-weight
bearing status. I closely monitor Traumatic Brain Injury patients so they are not a harm to themselves or others.
I perform vital signs and communicate with patients to maintain homeostasis. i work closely with therapists
and nursing staff. I perform dermal punctures for POC glucose testing. I help patients with their strengthening
exercises as well as perform a companionship thourout their dtay in the hospital.
Accomplishments
I have been mentioned in our patient surveys as doing an exceptional service to our patients. I have also been
praised to my supervisor as being one of the best CNAa in the hospital. Dr. Jeffrey Wilkins that works within
our Rehabilitatiin unit has praised me on several occasions on my work ethic.
