> Worked on various enhancing factors for Biofilm as a virulence marker

for Vibrio cholerae. It was seen that in higher concentration of Salt,

lower concentration of Mannose and at room temperature the formation

of biofilm is enhanced which gave us an idea that biofilm of Vibrio

cholerae has more of ecological importance than clinical significance.

The production of biofilm in the marine environment is one of the main

reasons for the epidemics.

viruses which are sensitive and resistant to immunotherapy.

. Influence of HAART if any on the opportunistic fungal infections in

HIV patients.

. Pathogenesis and anti-trypanolytic factor of Trypanosoma evansi in

human population. The reasons for the absence of Trypanosome lytic

factor in persons with autosomal recessive genetic disorder and HIV.
