Verizon Wireless is the nation’s leading provider of wireless communications.
Associate Director, Inventory and Operations, Midwest Area (2000-2013)
Developed, motivated and managed a team that included Managers and Senior Analysts. Supported all sales
channels including approximately 450 direct stores. Successfully used forecasting, store allocation processes
and reporting. Developed and implemented area/company-wide inventory management policies. Established
a focus on process improvement opportunities.
• Reached and maintained the strongest company results for weeks on hand, service levels, and
forecast accuracy which assisted in increasing sales.
• Assisted in the optimization of over $1B inventory balance company-wide and drove results to reduce
