I helped create a demolition company from the ground up to a $10 million
per year business. I Managed site Crews, administered and updated daily
excel spreadsheets to analyze and track all costs inside and outside
office. Estimated costs and managed projects based on blueprints, job walks
and pre-construction meetings. Developed our DDI website and all our
literature for sales purposes. Reviewed, updated and signed all contracts.

I earned a Georgia P&C Insurance license after attending accredited
schooling by Allstate Indemnity. My duties at Agency included writing
coverage for new policy holders in property and casualty insurance. I gave
quotes, answering emergencies, acting as a liaison between customer and
underwriting. While there I provided excellent customer service. Tracked &
formulated new market strategies and made sales calls and visits daily.

I managed all the Electrical and Lighting Department which included
planning and setting all Plano grams, end caps, displays and marketing for
front of store. I managed Inventory control and Purchasing of over $15
million a week. I Managed 12 employees, Prepared scheduling for department.
I Conducted reviews for employees and awarded raises. I stocked shelves,
greeted and helped customers and everything in between. We were essentially
a business owner and an entrepreneur as a Department Head with Home Depot.
I utilized a management style known as "The 3 D's" Directing, Discussing
and Delegating. I also use that similar style within my own life and work
ethic. Decide, Delegate and Deliver. I learned a great deal and was
successful as I was selected employee of the month several times and as a
department manager, we were named the department in excellence.
Apprentice Electrician

Attended apprenticeship school and worked as journeyman electrician
assistant. I worked on projects such as Olympic Stadium in Atlanta (Turner
Field), Hapeville Ford Motor Plant and AT&T Tridom Satellite Facility.
Labor included running conduit, wiring panels and feeding transformers
power needed.
