Communication skills I have worked as a Computer Engineer (IT support) in a company, which I had to deal with the staff's
calls and complains, this improved my communication skills to how to deal with the complains. I have
worked in a hotel which I had to deal with the customers in several ways such as phones, emails or
face-to- face, this improved my communication skills to how to deal with the customers by phone,
email or face-to-face.
