For the last 17 years of the 24 that I was in retail I was the claim supervisor with this job I took care of all the

customer returns and vendor returns. I shipped all the merchandise out of the store I am very knowledgeable

with using UPS, FedEx, and truck transportation. I also took care of all recall merchandise in store and any

compliance issues. The last four years I was in charge of the .com area I was responsible for scanning all .com

orders into store and then binning them into system. Before I was claim supervisor the first year at store I

helped set it up and then I was in receiving helping unload trucks and stock merchandise after that I was moved

to sales floor were I was a sales clerk for 2years I helped sit modular and assist the department manager

with daily jobs. From there I was moved to test scanning and price verification, making sure the items was

scanning and priced right. I did this job till 1995 were then I was moved to claims I loved my job as claim

supervisor I never knew what new thing I was going to learn the next day it kept me busy and knowledgeable

about inventory. I learned a lot of office duties with this job I was always using a handheld computer or on the

desk top computer I filed all my paperwork for each day I also had to maintain and keep the area organized. I

take pride in the job I am giving to do I work well with others and I am a fast learner.
