As an Oracle Advanced Benefits Open Enrollment Specialist, I'm

changes in OAB, and Payroll; prepare BR.100 for Open Enrollment through

Self Service in R12 along with converting data to be used in OAB for

discounts on rates. In the process, I had to design and develop Fast

Formulas for Oracle Advanced Benefits for Participation and Rate

Changes for Open enrollment included tracking discount eligibility on a

Person EIT, New Plan Types, New Plans, rate changes, Inactivating

vendor) and reports of coverage before and after open enrollments.

Create scripts to attach life events. This was used to attach Rate

Change life event to update rates.

As an Oracle Payroll Year End Specialist, I will be responsible for

verifying and adjusting the W2 balance feeds, create ad-hoc reports for

balance values, code to create balance adjustments, Script to retry all

the archive processes till the date of balance adjustments, year-end

balance adjustments in order to be able to print accurate W2 documents

and tax reporting.
