Project Description:

ACCEPTS is Automated Common Control Electronic Product Test System, Designed to

test ECM and OBD Software's. ACCEPTS is Hardware In Loop Automation testing

systems based on the National Instruments Platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development of the customized steps for automation of the testing using LabVIEW.

Maintenance and Enhancement of the ACEEPTS Frame work.

Development and Testing of Automated test Sequence to test On Board Diagnosis

Features.

Development and Testing the OBD Data Link Feature. (CAN Messages Broadcasted by

OBD Component).

Co-ordinate with OBD development team and feature consultant for testing and

enhancement of entire OBD Component.

Maintenance of the developed Test Sequences through PRCR life cycle.

Giving the Project Demo for other internal clients of the organization

OS - Bootloader completely works on Verification and Validation of OS component

software functionality. The project involves understanding the various ECM

features and providing test solution to hide I/O differences from application

software for Cummins

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establishment of the project by performing verification and validation on various

ECM.

Understanding the functional / technical requirements.

Debugging using Trace 32 Debugger.

Involved in development and testing automated test sequences.

Flash Driver Testing.

Coordination with respective onsite counterparts.

Coordination with respective development teams.

Performing Peer Review and Assigning daily task to team members

Mentoring Team and Fresher.

Analyze the root-causes of the bugs/issues found during testing and report them to

the client.
