eliminating harmonics. The

project was successfully developed and

submitted to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,

Kakinada as

our Academic Project.

Implemented a mini project on Sub-Station 220kv/132kv/33kv, under the

guidance of K. Prasad Rao,

Prof. M.V.G.R.C.E

A substation is a collection of equipments like transformers, circuit

breakers and lightning arrestors etc,

which have to control the characteristic properties of electrical power.

Our project is the study of protecting various equipments in the substation

and this also gives a detailed

study report on the clearance of various faults.
