WORK EXPERIENCE

Business Analyst (Subject Matter Expert), Cooperative Energy, Warwick, Aug

2013 till date.

Role and responsibilities:

. To represent the business within one or more functional area

(Customer Journey and Industry Gas & Elec processes) and provide

expertise at all stages of project cycle in implementation of new

oracle based systems. Working within the Business Improvement Team.

. Create and own the business functional requirements, including

defining product quality and acceptance criteria.

Role and responsibilities:

base.
