June 2008-present: Fiji Audio/Visual Productions, President/Production General Manager
Responsible for all sales and marketing which were established through relationships, networking, and repeat business.
Fifty percent of our clients are repeat customers, while the other fifty percent are established via word of mouth and
print advertisements.Through this method we have been able to increase our P&L from 12,000 annually, to currently
$25,000 annually in the last five years. I managed a staff of three employees who I have trained to set up and break
down our productions along with acoustic layout. My employees are trained in audio and video mixing, along with
lighting and electrical layout's. Fiji Sound employees are also trained to interface with entertainers/musicians to
determine quality of sound, monitor traffic, safety, and crowd flow. We also coordinate with properties electrical and
building engineers, project managers, directors, event coordinators, and owner representatives. Our Clients Include:
Chicago Park District(LISC), Museum of Contemporary Art, The Chicago Jazz Institute, along with private &
Corporate events. (Annual gross revenue $75,000)
March 2006-June 2008: Law Tittle, Senior Account Representative
Responsible for 3 locations in greater Chicago area. Business development for residential escrow, closing & refinance
responsibilities. Clients included real estate attorneys, mortgage bankers, loan officers, real estate developer/owners.
Development and implementation of marketing strategies using direct presentations, state, county, township chambers
of commerce, industry event hosting and participation.Grew company’s closings from 20 per month to 120 per month
while increasing closing revenue from 50k to 200k per month and increased repeat clients from 5 major clients to 30+

Started as loan officer for Beverly branch promoted to Operation Manger/Loan officer in 2002. Managed staff of nine
loan officers at Tinley Park overseeing all residential loan applications. Direct management of 3 onsite offices at
Caldwell Banker’s. Work closely with real estate brokers and appraisers Clients: Real estate attorneys, brokers,
Prudential, Caldwell Bankers. Increased Beverly branch revenue $500,000 within year. Grew Tinley Park branch

Sales was my primary function, worked in the community promoting the brand through golf courses, churches, and
other community events. I was logged as the top sales person on several occasions, I also made a point of educating
myself on customer service & care which led to more sales right in the dealership. I always stayed abreast of brand
education through company sponsored events as well as attending the Chicago auto shows as well as local auto events.
I felt that working close with new/used car management was the edge in many cases and allowed me to excel.
