I am responsible for setting up the new whirlpool spares contract and incorporating

this into our business model. This is managed within my team of eight agents. My

duties include:

Setting up the new telephone lines for both sales and customer services for launch

date.

Liaising with marketing department for all advertising campaigns for the website.

Liaising with I.T to make changes and necessary additions to the reporting files for

all figures.

Ensuring all training materials are ready and working with the training team to

deliver training material.

Making sure adequate resourcing is available for both calls and emails at all times.
