Exchange solution developed by CSC. The Contact-Search web service is

an outbound web service published by HX system and consumed by Siebel

CRM. It is used to query Individuals, Authorized Representatives,

Employees, Employers, Navigators and Brokers in HX. Siebel CRM is

updated by the response received from the web service. HX system

remains the master data source for demographic data related to HX

participants.

Card Workflow.

swap the old packages to new packages if they are dissatisfied with

. Created a Menu and Menu Item. Created a Command. Invoked the Command

from menu. Command will invoke the Business Service which will open a

custom web site in a new browser window.

. Raised an SR to solve this issue. Created an EAI Workflow which

accepts incoming xml from IVR System queries the Siebel database and

sends the output xml to IVR System.

. EAI Workflow handles 5 queries. Radio Query, Package Query,

CustByRadio Query, Problem Report Query and Home Phone Query

. This Workflow will convert XML to Property Set, Retrieves the

Integration Object and queries the Siebel database using EAI Siebel

Adapter Query and retrieves various fields and sends the output xml

to IVR System.

. Wrote a Custom Business Service to display the various error messages

based on Integration Object.

. Worked in Performance Testing Team. Analyzed the fallouts

. Wrote a JavaScript function to display image when the submit button is

clicked in an applet.

. Created a custom extension column in CX_AA_EVNT_RADIO table. Added 1
