Professional Experience -
Melrose –Sales Representative: Customer Service was key in this position. We rotated in different departments
working in Junior’s, Men’s, Woman’s, and Kids. I had a quota to reach each day and to meet the quota I gave excellent
service to all customers that walked in the door by greeting them and helping them with their shopping needs.

Time Warner Cable –Retention Agent: Working in the call center environment, I took calls for customers that were
not satisfied with their services. My job was to retain the customer. Most of the time we offered a discount on their bill
or a bundle of service in order to keep the customer happy and not cancel the services. I worked with different
software’s at once and would have to maneuver from different screens to view customers account or to change their
services.

Cybertex Institute of Technology-Test Center Administrator: Created test exams through Prometric or Pearson
Vue for students to take to be certified in the Medical or Computer Tech field. I scheduled and assigned the exams to
each student. I also observed them while the exam was in session. Students had followed guidelines to take the exam
such as no personal property. At the receptionist desk there where monitors I had to monitor when a student was
testing. I also did basic Receptionist work such as schedule new students to be seen by a counselor, answer phones etc.
I answered to four bosses and attended any duties that needed to be done.

HD Supply CALL CENTER – Special Orders Representative: HD Supply is a branch off of Home Depot,
specializes in building supplies, tools machinery, and maintenance. My job was to answer calls from companies
placing orders and place them for shipment to their companies all around the U.S.

THE REATA APARTMENTS - TEMPORARY LEASING AGENT: As a leasing agent my duties included
showing the apartments available for rent including the public area for the tenants. I also started new leasing
agreements for new tenants. Other office work included taking payments, answering phones, and working with
maintenance logs.

CRICKET WIRELESS –SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE; My main duty working as a sales associate was to
sell phones to customers. With the purchase of a phone the customer would open an account with Cricket and I would
take their applications and submit their information to the system and activate there account as well as their phone.
Also I would assist walk-in customers by taking their payments and if they were having any problems with their cell
phones.

means taking over the phone quotes, printing out refund checks, setting up appointments and gathering documents
from the clients for their returns.

Department, my duty was to complete cases that were opened and get new clients for the law firm. I gathered
information and decided whether or not we could proceed with the case. Being a supervisor of the Decline
Department, which decided wither or not the client's case would be good enough to take to court, I gathered
information and decided whether or not we could proceed with the case. Sales were also part of my duties. As a group
we would advertise and go to events such as The Bike Fest at S.P.I. to promote our services and get clients to go the
office if they needed assistance with a legal matter. I also worked for the Immigration Dept.; I helped certified ROI
programs for illegal immigrants and opened new cases for immigrants applying for the program.
