change orders, punch lists, inspections, and quality of assurance of the work by 125+ trades people that worked
on the project daily. I accomplished this by using strong prioritization, communication, and organizational skills
that are required in the multifamily industry.
Estimator/Project Manager
Stonebridge Construction - Jonesboro, AR - 2010 to 2011
Conducted hard bids, private bids, and design build for commercial and transportation industries. Managed the
daily scheduling and budget for the projects to be completed efficiently and within the budget that the project
was bid. Hired to build the hard bid business and bonding capacity for the company to be competitive in bid
market. Increased bond capacity 300%, and booked over 12m in projects between 1m to 4m.
Estimator/Project Manager

Managed the daily bid documents, submittals, procurement, RFI, and other requirements to successfully bid
and complete projects. Projects were in the commercial, private, institutional, and manufacturing industries.
The project sizes ranged between 1m to 4m. Integrated the use of computer scheduling and bidding software
to increase efficiency and sales throughout the company.

Conversions using my experience in the framing, drywall, millwork, and flooring trades. Conducted meetings,
