Label Machine Operator/Distribution- Performs the operational functions of data manipulation on various
types of label equipment within the department to meet production quality standards and deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.) Operates the label
machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
Minimizes waste or misuse of raw materials. Communicates label production issues with the Production
Supervisor or the Manager. Maintains a daily and weekly schedule of cleaning and maintenance for the
machines within the department. Maintains housekeeping standards, performs distribution functions as needed.
Maintains inventory levels of raw materials within the production areas. Keeps an accurate log of raw materials
used in the production of labels. Logs date and ID number of cartons of product to maintain a FIFO inventory
and to identify any QC problems with raw materials. Uses TCM system to log each job accurately and correctly
to record time and materials for each job. Adheres to all health and safety procedures set by company policy.
Responsible for maintenance of all dies.

Machine Operator – Worked as a rotary die cut operator in Dept. 265. I set up, run, and inspect on this rotary die cut
machine, which makes small unique parts. After one year, I transferred to the DC10 machine, which is more automatic
and computer-operated making the same parts. Then was transferred to the sleeve Dept. 150, which I made small parts for
customer wires, by operating computer numerical die-cut assembly and flattening press. Setup, operate and troubleshoot
equipment. Inspections of packaged products. Work with hand tools and other equipment needed to perform tasks in
accordance with standard work procedures. Interprets drawings and work orders, identifies inconsistencies and attributes
that require additional care and attention. Keep daily records of quality information per ISO requirements.
08/2000 – 04/2004: ARROW ELECTRONICS, INC., Milwaukee, WI.
Warehouse Specialist – Managing the shipping and receiving of UPS shipments. Daily inventory and loading and
unloading of customer products, data entry of packing slips, and inspection labels of customer products, daily cycle
counts of inventory, stock checks and shipment of products to various branches. Also, the issue of parts to the customer
and any related problems that may occur. Daily computer entry of three computer programs for accurate information on
accounts, along with monthly inventory reports to the corporate office.
03/1993 – 08/1999: E.R. WAGNER MFG. COMPANY, Milwaukee, WI.
Press Operator – Responsible for running small, medium and large 40-100 tons coil rolled steel feed die presses. Set up
press for parts, loads coils in bins and starts production run. Check parts for accuracy per ISO 9000. Duties include
inventory control, stock parts, troubleshoot and blueprints reading. Equipment used including Vernier calipers,
micrometers, depth gauges, and other miscellaneous gauges; also fork lifting of materials, bins, the receiving of
shipments off trucks, along with usage of an overhead crane.
