Directed the development and production of new products in three Chinese (PRC) facilities, oversaw the transition of low cost
country sourcing and led the consolidation and relocation of production in Mexico and Massachusetts.
Increased production quality and efficiencies in Wear Surface production yielding a 19% increase in GM through the creation and
enhancement of the IT infrastructure, implementation of Lean concepts in Massachusetts and the modernization of production
facilities in Mexico.

Led Low Cost Country Material Supply which resulted in a 7% overall reduction of material cost in North America and led market
expansion of operations in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Directed the manufacturing capability transition in the PRC to support Asian Markets and captured over $13mm of the market.
Oversaw the Investment Casting supply operations in PRC to support new products, managing the development and launch of 87
new product stainless steel investment cast components in 18 months.
