• Fabricate, modify and install new equipment and guarding

• Maintain loading dock doors and dock leveling systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on exhaust fans, air handling units and cooling towers

Communication Skills

• Report equipment problems to management and vendors; communicate recommended repairs, service

and modifications

• Develop required Preventive Maintenance schedules of equipment through downtime monitoring and

repair frequencies

• Record equipment breakdowns, repairs, and impact to production lines on a daily basis

• Liaise between Production Team Leads and Engineering for equipment modifications

• Work with Engineering and other Maintenance Team Members to troubleshoot uncommon equipment

problems

• Immediately communicate any safety issues to equipment operator, management and the Safety

Department
