Dear Madam,
Dear Sir,
The position of Senior Manager of Human Resources presently available interests me for several
reasons. I have over 15 years of management experience. I hold a Master’s Degree in Training
Management, a B.A. and a Certificate in Management. You will also note that I have executed mandates
to many corporate settings in human resources. A copy of my resume is attached for your review.
Please consider the following selected accomplishments in my role as Director of Human Resources and
in other roles in support of my candidacy:
Management: carried out leadership tasks and promoted a positive work environment for the
staff. I shared the vision, mobilized the teams, designed and implemented tools to provide
guidance for the employees to better understand their role. I analyzed feedback data and made
recommendations based on evaluation findings. Measurable improvements in performance were
acquired through managerial processes.
Coaching: developed and delivered coaching sessions which successfully addressed conflict
resolution and improved leadership, coaching and organizational skills. I performed job and
competency-based analysis which led to the identification of development plans for each
incumbent.
Learning and Development: created and managed the learning experience, this required that I
design the diagnostic tools and submit the training goals to senior management. In addition, I
planned the program and created the materials and supplies. I prov ided the instruction in a
creative environment, and established an evaluation process for both the training program and
follow-up mechanisms.
I am energetic, loyal, devoted, results-oriented, diplomatic, and have a passion for helping others grow. I
have the ability to influence positively people at all levels, to create industry links and to increase visibility.
I hope to have the opportunity to discuss further, how I may contribute to your organization success.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I can be reached at 226 -787-3572.

Respectfully yours,
Kathleen Richards, M.Ed.
