Used Microsoft SQL server to generate report data from the database to complete production outlined deadlines.

Worked on Automic Scheduling System (formerly known as UC4), an Open Systems scheduling system for an ongoing

project to streamline and standardize this technology and document the process and procedures. Involved in a high

priority project to consolidate the Holiday calendars from many to one. I was also an interracial part of a project to

clean up unused jobs in the system.

Worked on PROGNOSIS by utilizing the products abilities to create a script to alert operations to MQ Series queues

that were not being drained by the application.

Worked on IIS and assisted the Lead Operations Support to document and come up with standards for all SSF products

operating on a Windows and Linux platform.
