I. Transaction Tax Verification
The purpose of this project was to facilitate the tax verification for stock options. Before final tax
is finalized, it will get hold up in queue. The default tax information is sent to fidelity. After getting tax
feed from fidelity, tax table was updated and exercise record gets out of queue. It also has web form which
allows plan sponsor to manipulate the tax and approve exercise. Exercises are visible to users depending
on rules and restriction assigned to users.
