KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Assist one of our major client in handling their newly established Coal Power Plant, a 200
mega watts, located at Colon Naga Cebu City. And as a Board of Investment (BOI) registered
Company, we align and avail their benefits under E0 # 528 of BOI “Reducing the rate of duty on
capital equipment, spare parts and accessories, which they save $2,000,000.00 the whole project,
in payment of Duty in Philippines Bureau of Customs.
Client was so amazed on how we carefully handle all the situation, from proper
documentation, keeping of files, smooth strategy operation, safety of cargo, up to final audit
made by Bureau of Investment and the Bureau of Customs, when it is fully installed and started
their operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the President to Oversee operation
• Provides responsible supervision and control for the department activities including distribution
of work assignments.
• Set up file for all documents and records relevant to logistics operation.
• Ensure that all deliveries arrive on schedule, and keep the costs of operation as low as possible.
• Regular updating of operation procedures to accommodate changes and improvements.
• Advises alternative shipping method to ensure timely delivery of cargoes within the delivery
schedule set by the client to avoid out of stock situation or delay in production.
• Checks the computations of Customs Duties and Taxes before it sends to the consignee to
prepare the debit authority.
