APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As Director of Technology at Automated Alternatives, I managed all projects that were undertaken from initial contact with clients
through implementation and training to ensure that end products met or exceeded the needs and expectations of our clients. To
insure project success structured and continuous communications with our client stake holders and our internal resources was
imperative. Our engagements involved the accounting systems from Real World and MCBA, for back office operations, order
entry, warehouse and inventory control, costing and estimating. The environments included wholesalers, manufacturers, real estate
management and construction. Along with the above activities we developed software applications for Patent and Trademark
administration and statutory requirement monitoring
My position at Becton Dickinson as Manager of Legal Information Systems, started with the initial implementation of automation in
their corporate law group. The management and support of the department’s activities with hardware, software, VARs and
