Resume:

Kandi M. Fletcher

Maui, Hawaii

** **.*** *****/*.R./Customer Service/Retail/Managment

SALES/ RETAIL/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Aloha,

My name is Kandi M. Fletcher. I am a 40 yr. old female whom is originally from Washington State and now a proud citizen here on MAUI! I've been here almost 15 months now, and have no intentions of ever going back to the mainland.

I haven't been doing sales all my life only because I "like" it? It's a PASSION of mine!

I am a total believer in the fact that an individuals #'s/ productivity in sales..speak VOLUMES if they really have a passion, for what they do? I know for myself, it's my personal productivity/ approach to possible repeat customers/ dedication / drive/ and when approaching every customer, knowing how to adjust each approach differently, quickly! We are ALL individuals, and therefore, (least in MY experiences over the years in doing sales), you simply cant take the same approach to every customer, and assume the same results Definition of "insanity"? lol)

To many jobs over the years to explain each naturally, but my biggest accomplishments would be..

Jenny Craig (Program Director 3 1/2 years) I was usually always in the 1st-2nd place in Regional & District Top Sales Director..Which brings me to another topic. Sales are much different on isalnd verses mainland as far as spiffs, bonus, "friendly" competition between co-workers. Maybe some take it to serious yes, (which makes it no fun for others) but a "true" dedicated, and ambitous sales person, is usually in the mind set, of challenging THEMSELVES, pushing thier OWN numbers, to be higher than night before...for example. I understand I suppose why company's have backed off more than years ago I suppose, since economy has gotten much harder to make ends meet, that we all need TO MAKE MONEY QUICK,,lol,,and I can see where it makes some salesman a little to aggressive. But non-the-less...I really enjoy those types of incentives, only cause in my own mind,,I'm challenging myself,,,and I love,, a challenge.

Victoria Secret (Co-Director almost 3 years) Awarded Highest percentage of revenue sold between district stores.

MIss Washington U.S.A. 1993 (Competed in Kansas in USA pageant, etc

Obviously, winning Miss Washington is the biggest accomplishment, but the reason I got as far as I did at 19 to reach that high of a televised pageant, was because nothing was "handed" to us children growing up? Our parents weren't rich, and us kids had to "earn" what we wanted if we REALLY wanted it bad enough. So, starting at age 11, my mother made me a portfolio, with pictures, and things about me I enjoyed, and drove me business to business, and I walked in alone SCARED TO DEATH for first year maybe, and I basically had to "sell" to these people who I am, and why it was that they shouldnt NOT want, to sponsor the 10-150? whatever dollars they could, to help pay for my tuitions, dresses, hotel, air fare, ETC! So, I believe whole heartedly, it was because I started so young, "selling", if you will, that today I am the confident person on and off, a sales floor that I am? I can take rejection? I've learned humility? I understand determination, and drive in what ever it is in life I'm trying to achieve...

I also have experience in..Hotel Front Desk/ Night auditor,,

Management/Lead supervisor sales

multi/phones, computers, telemarketing, 10-key, etc

I have a no crimal history/not a felon/ lol (seems to be asked more here on islands as I see in job listings

808-***-**** Kandi..
