SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Twelve years of experience as a Non- Destructive Technician, along with several years of
experience in a supervisory position to include Quality Supervisor. All certifications are
according to NAS 410, SNT-TC-1A, and CP189 and mil standards in Level II PT, MT, UT, and
RT methods, ET can be obtained. Previously held certification in flight safety standards, along
with hardness testing and conductivity testing. Two years of experience as a Maintenance
supervisor. Previously held and can obtain a security clearance. Former Internal ISO 9000,
AS9100 auditor. Can obtain Level III PT, RT, MT certifications.

Inspector UT Immersion testing Level II October, 2013 to Present
Uniteck Radford, Va.
Perform UT inspection using immersion testing systems certified through BAE systems and to
NAS 410, SNTC-1A. Perform inspection on explosive materials to a given standard. Calibrate
equipment to maintain correct amplitude requirements. This is a contract Job.
Quality Specialist/ Lead Level II RT Tech September 2008 to October, 2013
Kaman Precision Products Inc. Orlando, FL
Performed duties as Lead level II RT real time/ Digital inspector/ film interpreter. Responsible
for all accept/ reject criteria for real time X-Ray procedures and training for 3 trainees to Level I
certification. Responsible for the scheduling of work for the calibration, tool and Gage personnel.
Assigned duties to 4 team members, such as training on measuring devices and performing
calibration tasks. Assisted in failure analysis boards to help determine root cause and corrective
actions. Maintained the calibration department to keep within NIST traceable standards. MRB
Chair for incoming parts from the suppliers. Non conformance monitor (made sure NC's were
closed with an acceptable cause corrective action). Internal ISO9000, AS9100, NADCAP, 5S
auditor. Assisted in Failure investigations. Performed periodic production floor surveillance
audits. Maintained a good working relationship with DCMA and customers, along with
suppliers. Worked hand to hand with customers and potential customers to meet Quality
requirements.

WYLE Labs Kennedy Space Center, FL (NASA)
With 3000+ hours in most methods, I performed Ultrasonic, Level II in UTT, Radiography,
Penetrant, Magnetic particle, and Eddy Current inspections for different programs and different
type of metals at different stages of assembly. Determined thickness and conductivity along with
the different types of indication on the Space Shuttle and all ground support equipment and
lifting devices. Work was done in a lab setting, and also on–site, along with some travel to other
sites. Knowledgeable use of GAMMA and X-RAY devices for inspection.

With 3000+ hours in most methods, I performed Level II Ultrasonic, Radiography, Penetrant,
Magnetic particle, and Eddy Current inspections for different programs and different types of
aircraft such as Dassault Falcon jet and C-130 planes and several models of helicopters, along
with inspections on manufactured and machined parts. Determined thickness and conductivity,
along with the different types of indication on Helicopters and Fixed Wing Aircraft. Work was
done in a lab setting, also on-site along with some travel to other sites.
Engineer Tech III August 2004 to March 2006
General Dynamics Marion, VA
Performed Level II Ultrasonic Testing and Radiographic imaging of composite materials for
different programs at different stages of assembly. Determined thickness and conductivity along
with the different types of indications such as delams, unbonds, porosity and foreign material
that can happen while parts are in assembly. Worked with Quality Assurance, ISO 9001 and
1004.
NDT Technician January 2003 to August 2004
Sikorsky Aircraft Stratford, CT
Performed Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant inspection on production, used or overhauled
parts. Performed Rockwell hardness on steel and aluminum, as well as conductivity. Held Level
II certification in MT, PT and flight safety part Inspector to include critical characteristic parts. I
also performed and documented new techniques for new parts. Worked with Quality Control and
Product Integrity under NADCAP, ISO 9001 and 1004.
Supervisor/ NDT Tech January 1995 to January 2003
U.S. Army
Maintained and operated all NDT Equipment while being responsible for the professional and
personal needs of personnel in my section. Monitored and scheduled all maintenance and
inspections done in my shop or on-site. Maintained a commendable performance level on all
safety practices, along with developing a radiation safety program for the RT inspections done in
the hangar. Monitored and passed out work schedules for NDT inspections and maintenance
work. Performed track and balance with AVA equipment on Uh-60, CH 47 and UH-1 rotary wing
aircraft (68D20N2 MOS).
