Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, it is my duty to record invoices and commissions payable to travel agents,
perform reconciliation of end-of-month bank and credit card statements, payroll, payroll taxes, payments to
exterior travel agencies, charging clients credit cards for receipt of payment, and creating end of the month
financial statements. Speaking to bank representatives, travel agents from other offices, and accepting
payments from clients are also duties as an Office Administrator.
