Project Description: Project Battle Red is a program to fundamentally review Halliburtons’ field
Opportunity to Cash and supporting processes to simplify and improve through business process

streams.
Role: As part of the DMG – Data Migration and Governance team, was responsible for designing and
delivering a best practice solution to create and maintain Halliburton’s WELL and RIG master data in a
repository for their transactional use. The role required designing a solution in ECC utilizing standard
SAP processes and building enhancements to support this new solution. Implemented the
CREATE/CHANGE process and required role creation in the organization and deriving their roles and
responsibilities. Responsible for Material Master (Material Determination) and Equipment Master

Medical Segment
In addition to delivering medical surgical products to ambulatory care centers, physician offices,
clinical laboratories and hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, the Cardinal Health Medical segment
also manufactures high volume replenishable products such as gloves, gowns, surgical drapes,
scrubs and fluid management products. In addition, the Medical segment includes Cardinal Health’s
surgical and procedural kitting operations that assemble all necessary single use surgical products

Project Description: Project MBT – Medical Business Transformation – was initiated and funded by
the business to replace their 15 year old SAP 3.0 implementation. Their need evolved as business was
unable to perform some key functions for their customers and suppliers and had to adopt several
workarounds. Project MBT is initiated to enhance their Customers experience and collaborate more
with their suppliers in selling their products. The scope of this project had different teams driving OTC,
FIN, PTS, STS and CTC functionality. The project required us to do a thorough AS IS system study by
conducting workshops and documenting the current processes and later conduct TO BE workshops
and build a solution which does not impact any of the business divisions majorly.
