The Simon addition to Morristown Hospital - $5,500,000

Cardiac Access at Morristown Hospital - $1,300,000

Full responsibility for new store development and renovations from survey through grand opening.

Projects included several Macy’s, Sterns and Bloomingdale stores.

Two of the largest projects were completed simultaneously:

255,000 square foot, $55mil Macy’s Department store in San Juan, Puerto Rico. First ever

Federated Department Store project outside the continental US.

Created and managed the newly formed, companywide, Construction Management Services

department. Outside projects and clients included:

Loehmann Department Stores – 100% responsibility for all capital projects nationwide.

F.W. Woolworth – developed long range plan to renovate all five & dime stores nationwide.

Completed the first 13 renovations in 6 months.

Completed the planning, design and construction to convert 2 floors of the 3 square block Tandy
