Full responsibility for new store development and renovations from survey through grand opening.

Projects included several Macy’s, Sterns and Bloomingdale stores.

Two of the largest projects were completed simultaneously:

255,000 square foot, $55mil Macy’s Department store in San Juan, Puerto Rico. First ever

Federated Department Store project outside the continental US.
