Lead Consultant
Run business trips, train, run works stations, mentor and interview younger guys to be a successful
professional. Learn a ton on how to run a business and be a perfect example of a manager while being
productive in sales myself. Lead an office of 40 at least 1 day out of 6 in the week (yes we work
Saturdays). Which allows me to meet sales goals the majority of the time unless I'm training more than
personally selling that week. On business trips by the middle of the week we would have to adjust are
sales quota because we were crushing it. I met personal sales quota while training 5 of the 6 days, and
high rolled this Chicago office 2 of the 6 days we were there. Juggle a lot of responsibilities because
individual’s growth is a direct reflection of how I train them.
