• I was part of the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) Program Reporting to the Project
Management Office (PMO). I developed and managed resource assignments for the Integrated
Master Schedule (IMS) for the entire program in Microsoft Project Professional 2010 for an 8 year
billion dollar ERP program for the Air Force. On a weekly basis he reviewed all the projects from
the Control Account Managers (CAMS) and other stakeholders for accuracies of the deliverables,
dates, status of tasks, checked for negative float and verified that all tasks meet required time tables.
I recommended and implemented risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.
• Helped in the development of solutions to keep tasks and project on schedule. I monitored the
progress of the plans daily and checked the status of the Integrated Master Schedule and its plans
weekly and monthly. The scheduled is delivered weekly to the EIMS and once a month as per
contract to the client (Air Force).
• Monitored and support budget tracking activities and Earned Value (EV). I identified soft and hard
link dependencies between multiple plans/work streams and cross link internal and external tasks
between plans and cross linked tasks from the Air Force schedule into the IMS as required. He
reviewed the IMS for critical path issues and resolved the critical path tasks. I created and
implemented project definitions, schedules, and objectives for multiple projects and prepared and
coordinated detail project plans and gain concurrence and approval from the stakeholders regarding
various project aspects and adjusted accordingly thru team efforts in support of, and preparation for
management reviews.
• worked very closely with the client scheduler to meet all criteria for a weekly and monthly delivery
of the IMS to client. I distributed project team expectations for agreed upon project performance by
obtaining, providing and monitoring project metrics thru various reports through the report server.

Assurance and QA reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies, processes and

• I was the single point contact for the Government account; Boeing, Lockheed and P &W accounts. I
was responsible for all interface and communication at all levels with the customer starting with the
quoting process and concluding with the start up. I established and maintained all project schedules
and facilitated cross functional divisional design review teams. I was responsible for product from
cradle to grave, all costs, quality and delivery. I reviewed all project proposals to determine time
frame, funding, and staffing.
• Outlined work plans and assigned duties and responsibilities as well as created, managed, up dated
and reviewed status reports as required and needed. I reviewed the project reports for direct and
indirect labor and conferred with the team in helping to provide technical advice to resolve issues.

logging and tracking all engineering changes by the customer or internal, using change management
system and costs. I maintained and controlled all budgets and was held accountable for schedule
delays and cost over runs.

and third party integrators. I also kept all parties informed of the project progress on a weekly basis
thru schedules, telephone conferences and face-to-face meetings as required. Projects range from

Project Manager for Gensystems – Div. Stamco, (09/1999 – 09/2005),
• I was responsible to administer and coordinate manufacturing, engineering design, equipment
purchasing, cost control and project accounting. Duties were to plan, direct and coordinate activities
of the designated project team to ensure that all goals and objectives were accomplished in the time
frame and funding parameters from the time of the order through start up and resolution of final
payment.
• Maintained all project records and correspondence as well as tracked all changes either internal or
external, generated schedules containing milestones, plus any other activities specified to the project.
I ensured that all equipment supplied will meet or exceed the customer expectations and still be
within the contract and the project budget.
• Implemented dates for system design, engineering, manufacturing, and factory tests and set dates for
shipment of each deliverable item as per contract.
• Set plans and dates for installation and commissioning of all equipment and assisted sales and
engineering in preparing final quote and specifications. I directly supervised site managers and third
party integrators.
Project Engineer/Project Manager for Digitron, Inc. Tool and H & H Tool, (12/1992 – 09/1999),
• I worked with the following companies: Ford, GM, Chrysler, Cummins, Ford Service. I was
responsible for managing a program (product) from its inception to product enhancements to
completion of program.
• Organized and ran team meetings, chaired the APQP and FEMA meetings. I was involved with
quoting and pricing of the product. I visited customer sites for kick off meetings and regular project
updates and work closely QC, engineering, customer and manufacturing to maintain product
integrity. I prepared all schedules, forecasts, cost goals, pricing and product positioning. I did
planning, conducting and overseeing of the entire program thru reports, charts and graphs. Tools I
worked with were Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Maintained a close working relationship with the customer throughout the entire project. I was
responsible for coordinating engineering changes, tool orders, and customer requests as well as
recommending future product direction based upon customer needs and requirements. I helped to
develop corporate business plans thru interfacing with sales, finance and marketing.
Senior Design Engineer for AM Graphics, Division of A.M. International, (1987 – 1993),
• I was responsible for a design team to produce new products, redesign or modify existing lines and
support all existing pertinent standard product lines. I interfaced with electrical and systems
engineering design teams to get products out in timely manner. I directly supervised three people
who all use CAD/CAM and monitor field input relative to assigned products for purpose of plotting
revisions and enhancements.
• Designed all principles, metal cutting, sheet metal, stampings, castings, plastic molding fabrication,
fixturring and gauging, plating, heat-treating and other relevant processes. I Designed new products
for interchangeability with existing products and equipment in field. I designed a multiple cover
feeder system for flat back binding and worked on design of new advanced glue application. I
designed clutch and drive mechanism for interface with new product sub-assemblies as well as
designed material handling of products in the in-feed areas.
Mechanical Engineer for AM International, Addressograph Division (1982 – 1987),
• I duties were to develop functional specs, schedules, cost estimations and other project related tasks
in regard to the mechanical development portion of the project. I was accountable for accomplishing
the product technical objective and identified with small and large sheet metal parts, molding and
vacuum forming.
• Worked with gearing, drive belts, heat-treating. I was responsible for generating packaging concepts
and feasibility of electro-mechanical products. He implemented product through design and oversaw
testing and documentation and analyzed and coordinated customers field test programs as part of
product life cycle.
