* Establish the strategy necessary to improve reliability, safety and cost efficiencies
along the lines of Republic Services standards.
* Structure and update the maintenance operations to radiate true, professional success
across inter-functional lines, including the customer base .

* Developed and positioned a professional staff to accommodate company's parameter for
repairs, while continuing to reduce cost $1.0M per year since 1992.

overhauls, re-power transplants, glider kits, cab exchanges, frame modifications and
major suspension changeovers.
