To whom it may concern,
Please accept the following resume for the Corporate Training Coordinator position. As a recent
graduate and experienced professional, I am eager to contribute my abilities and experience to the MSI
Central team.
I would be an asset to your program because of my professional experience at Utah State
University. As a student fundraiser I spoke to countless alumni, students and parents about specific
colleges and programs at Utah State. This required me to take control of my own learning and seek out
the information that would help me be successful in my job. As the phonathon director, I was
responsible for working closely with college Deans, department heads and other knowledge
powerhouses on campus. I can seamlessly transition from working with Academic Professionals to
entry-level students. I am a self-starter who will excel beyond expectations. While managing a large
number of student employees and volunteers, I made time to build relationships with and among the
students and University professionals. These relationships were critical in my success at Utah State.
While working at Target, my responsibilities included reducing Team Member theft. All too
often, I had to conduct interviews with dishonest team members where my goal was to investigate the
extent of their theft from the store. I understand the importance of thoroughly gathering information
and its effect on a successful plan. These experiences taught me how to quickly assess a situation and
resolve it to the benefit of both parties.
At Academy Mortgage, my responsibilities include communicating and coordinating with our
topic experts and Instructional Designers to create and design training modules to be distributed to all
1,700 employees. I administer the Learning Management system and conduct thorough analysis and
reporting that is delivered to our executive leadership on a regular basis. This highlights my attention to
detail and ability to compact a wide array of information into key points tailored to my audience.
Not only am I qualified for the position but the logistics of the job are exactly what I am looking
for. My personal life vision is to develop and engage others to create success. This position aligns with
that vision perfectly. While I am currently residing in Salt Lake City, Utah, I am willing to relocate to
Oklahoma City in the event that I am offered this position. You will find me ready to tackle the
opportunity with efficiency and reliability. Attached is my resume, as requested. Thank you for your time
and I look forward to meeting with you to discuss my career success at MSI Central.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Bare
