Wesbar manufacture OEM components, i.e.; lighting assembly products, wire
harnesses, metal fenders, chrome caps, grease caps for the Boat Trailer and
Lawn and Garden Industries, distribution aftermarket replacements for the
Boating Industries which included Wal-Mart.

press 60 to 400 ton. Implemented progressive tooling development,
tooling maintenances, Production Schedules, Performance reporting and
training in production methods and Safety programs required by the
Company and OSHA. Chairman of the Company's Safety Committee,
administrated requirements of the employees reporting to me. 20-25
employees, this included hiring new employees and administrated the
Employee handbook rules and disciplinary actions.

Performed Distribution and Inventory consulting functions for various firms
including Sears Roebuck Company. This included actual shop floor management
and planning functions on specific projects.
. Research the past history of customer needs that the Technicians used
and determine the current requirements of the customers replacement
parts using Sears main frame computers to determine volumes of the
right inventory in the right class of Sears repair trucks for the
local regions
. Set-up an inventory replacement program to be more efficient to
service the customer needs for 185 Sears Technicians trucks (right
inventory and quantities) and not interrupt there daily repair
schedules
. Set-up a temporary warehouse location and racking system to store the
right new inventory after receipt.
. Manage the removal of all inventory and replacement inventory and
quantity of inventories per class of trucks per day on second shift to
not interrupt service schedules.
. Supervise the removal of all inventories after the project was
complete.
