• Tasked with reviewing, updating and creating the Operator TPM’s and Maintenance PM’s. This
involved mills, lathes, parts washers, new foundry equipment, packaging machines and auxiliary
equipment. Updated approximately 500 PM’s.
• Member of the Model Home team for process improvements for Work Cells 215 & 271. Involved
developing TPM’s, visual aids and OAC.
• Redesigned areas of the Ramco parts washers and new foundry drying tunnels to increase

increase in pay that Leer could not match.
