This is a Contract position in newly established department.

• Tasked with reviewing, updating and creating the Operator TPM’s and Maintenance PM’s. This

involved mills, lathes, parts washers, new foundry equipment, packaging machines and auxiliary

equipment. Updated approximately 500 PM’s.

• Member of the Model Home team for process improvements for Work Cells 215 & 271. Involved

developing TPM’s, visual aids and OAC.

• Redesigned areas of the Ramco parts washers and new foundry drying tunnels to increase

uptime and reduce maintenance downtime.

• Responsible for all production and maintenance for this custom prefinisher of siding and trim for

the housing industry.

• Established production and scheduling standards to improve productivity.

increase in pay that Leer could not match.

Responsible for all maintenance disciplines in this grey and ductile iron foundry. Supervised one 2 nd shift

supervisor and 15 technicians in a 3 shift operation.

Foundry went out of business after the 9/11 attack.
