Senior Manager Fleet Operations & Labor – Company Security Officer (2003-2014)
Managed the coordination of all vessel operations, fleet manning and Vessel Security for the TE SubCom
fleet of eight cable ships, operating worldwide.
• Established Weather Routing Requirements for transiting vessels, resulting in significant fuel and

in no findings from regulatory agencies.
• Coordinated various Security Exercises with Local, Federal and State Authorities in Baltimore, MD
and Portland, OR.

Assessments for various cable operations in High Risk areas with no resulting attacks or losses.
