IST Limited was started as a WRIST WATCH manufacturing unit in Collaboration with M/s.

RONDA S.A., SWITZERLAND in 1977. By 1984, IST Group has started manufacturing FINE

TIME MECHANISMS and most precision parts for consumer an durables by creating Special

Production Division (S.P.D.).

Thereafter, it successfully attempted AUTOMOTIVE SMALL PRECISION parts for two wheelers.

After 1998 they started supplying automotive parts for four wheelers.

IST has another division (FUSE) for Defence.

IST Limited is an ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company.
