Reported to the Hostel Owner and Tour Manager. Demonstrated strong skills in marketing, planning and media, which led
to an increase in the number of guests signing up for tours. Highlights include:
• Provided marketing assistance, including designing new posters and promotional materials and increasing online
communication.
• Led and facilitated tours for guests and through interacting with them, provided important feedback for

• Designed new and exciting tours that were previously unavailable to guests.
