Commissioner, Additional director and District Medical and Health Officer) conducting health camps in

government hospitals.

Conducting training programs to government doctors and health care workers.

Managing the data daily capturing in camps and ensure it should be uploaded in server.

Generating daily reports, weekly report, monthly reports and quarterly reports timely and submitting to

government of Andhra Pradesh and NNEF Management.

Previous work profile

Worked in as Research Associate in GVK EMRI since September 2009 to December 2013.

SPOC for the Cardiac Emergency Monitoring System (CEMS) project funded by Indian Council of

Medical Research.

SPOC for On Line Medical Research (OLMR) in collaboration with Stanford School of Medicine.

Maintaining the data back and preparing presentation for board meeting for every quarter.

Preparing the health day messages.

ICMR Project roles and responsibilities:

Project coordinator for this ICMR project and 5 members are working under me for execution of this

project in time.

Scheduling the interviews and coordinating with field investigators for data collection from Cardiac

patients.

Preparing monthly quarterly reports to submit ICMR

Preparing analytical plan and data analysis

Preparing ad hoc reports

AP Analytics roles and responsibilities:

Generating the daily,weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as per AP GOVT request

Preparing review reports for collectors meeting in every month

Preparing analytical report on health emergencies for board review meeting

monitoring the emergency call center associate performance in every month
