Job Description:
Preventative maintenance engineers ensure that corporate equipment’s are functional and conform to manufacturing standards and senior management's directives. They perform maintenance and repair work on manufacturing equipment on a regular basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Implemented special designed strategies: maintenance and procedures
• Performed routine maintenance inspections on equipment to respond and identify problems on breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Provide the underground maintenance section a weekly & major Preventive and Corrective schedule of all covered equipment on a weekly basis, and monitor the same of its compliance in accordance to accepted standards.
• Shall directly supervise the Pms crew on jobs that needs technical attention and decision.
• Responsible in the preparation of Annual Operating and Capital Budget relative to the Lubrication, Preventive Maintenance requirement, and monitor availability at all times, and notify concerns of any shortage or overstocks in accordance to the mining operation.
• Provided solutions and escalated equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors – Using corrective actions, modifications and the replacements and/or new installation
• Assigned personnel and technical support teams for sites under 24/7 maintenance.

Job Description:
Oversee the proper functioning of mill and power equipment and machineries for the economical and effective utilization in conformity with the established engineering standard.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Through informative data and active investigation, determines equipment efficiency and implements necessary corrective measures where results are below standards.

• Regularly updates the Mill Maintenance and Power section organizational set up.
• Initiates the formations and supports program for the training and performance upgrading for the Power/Mill Maintenance services personnel.
• Responsible for the application of the company’s safety program within the mill and power plant areas. Assists in the formulation, review and updating of Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Interprets Labor Relations Policies for Supervisory and daily wage personnel and initiates the solution of unsettled grievances.
• Responsible for the maintenance of acceptable working environment and conditions within the power plant and mill plant areas.
