Had 40 trunk lines with issued phone numbers from Telephone Company and
serviced 35 regular monthly clients answering their phone line with a professional
ID system. I would be each client’s secretary and took messages for each client.
When my client called in during the day I would give them any messages I wrote
down for them. I also did resumes, letters and wrote up grant letter applications. I
did billing each month, banking and collections for overdue payments. I had 3
computers for the public’s use and printers charging a fee. I also did paging
through my Mac computer to my client’s that had them.
