Nice to meet you. I found your website on Linkedin after doing research on the open Chemical Engineer position. I wanted to send a quick note, since I am looking for careers in chemical or process engineering at this time. I also know this field has limited positions and would like to personally open a line of communication. My family is centered in the Toledo, Ohio area and am coming back to live closer to family.

I currently finished up my Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering, and currently work as a research assistant at the University of California at Irvine. As a research assistant, I am involved in design projects that incorporate PRO II software. I assist in new and rehashed design applications, which involve distillation, batch processes, process control, gas absorption, and ion exchange, to name a few. I have done years of school work to get me ready for future endeavors, and am ready to perform to my ability in any position at hand. Multitasking and perseverance are skills that I have fine tuned and will be valuable assets to any company.
