Working with small business accounts in accounts receivable helping customers make
payments on their accounts to avoid interruption of services, making adjustments on
accounts when necessary, issuing credits when accounts are billed incorrectly and making
payment arrangements to help customers that are behind on payments and help them
understand their bills while providing outstanding customer service. Also helped
customers restore their landlines and DSL lines over the phone through various online
tools. Also e-mailed with customers back and forth with any questions regarding their
accounts.

Working in the billing office of UnitedHealth Care as a bilingual representative in a call
center environment meeting and exceeding my goals and quotas, helping patients with
any questions they have regarding their hospital bills, process payments for patients, help

coinsurance, hospital adjustments and any other questions or requests they might have.

Worked in collections as a bilingual representative in a call center environment meeting
and exceeding my goals and quotas, trying to bring delinquent customers current by
offering extension, payment options, or tracking down customers by doing skip trace and
using various technology to find them such as internet search engines like Lexis Nexis, I
also assisted them with any questions or problems regarding their loan, taking payments
on their accounts, updating any new information, mailing correspondence, and assisting
them with any other problem.
