customers’ expectations, increases company revenues, and allows team members to learn new skills and grow professionally.
ELECTRONICS • ROBOTICS
PARAMOUNT STAFFING, Irving, Texas 04/12 – 07/13
Electronic Technician
• Paramount Staffing is a staffing company that contracted me to SYSTEC INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES. LLC, Euless,
Texas where I worked as an electronic technician and assembler for new designs and prototype Printed Circuit Boards.
Processed product returns and repairs. Assisted production with assemblies, subassemblies and final assemblies per
manufacturing drawings and instructions. Tested production and contract for repair units to ensure proper operation per
established test criteria. Set up and tested units to meet specified requirements. Recognized failures and set up problems,
isolated problems, and took appropriate action to resolve those problems. Assisted with upgrades and technical improvements
that added to the quality and reliability of new and existing products. One of these improvements increased the battery life for
one of its products. Trained in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards.
HDE INTERNATIONAL ROBOTS, INC., Fort Worth, Texas 12/00 – 12/11
Electronic Technician
• Robotic Product Assembly: Planned and coordinated assembly of custom designed/built Radio Frequency (RF) and Fiber
Optic controlled robotic vehicles, electronic accessories, operating console, parts, battery packs, and other items for a leader in
the robotics industry. Designed and tested modifications to assembly plans to improve product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Primary market for our specialized, smaller robotic product is law enforcement agencies, military, bomb squads, airports, and
other city, county, state, and federal governmental entities that require robotic units to conduct testing of public and private
facilities for controlled substances, life-threatening chemicals and devices, and other weaponry. Served customers in the United
States, India, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, and other international governments.
• Training/Customer Staff Development: Designed and conducted technical training programs onsite at customers’ facilities
worldwide. Trained customers’ staffs in technical processes required to assemble, set up, operate, and maintain robots for
maximum usability with minimal downtime. Provided ongoing and follow-up technical support to customers via telephone and
email tools.
• Materials Management/Inventory Control: Researched domestic and global markets to identify, qualify, and select reliable
resources to provide high-quality, cost-effective raw materials, electronic components, hardware, wiring, and other product
elements. Negotiated pricing and terms required to purchase components in a way that successfully controlled inventory costs
and maximized profitability. Designed and built a software system that simplified the monitoring and tracking of materials
inventory to control costs. Conducted periodic physical inventories to ensure accurate accounting records. Investigated and
resolved inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Production Staffing: During production periods requiring additional staffing of temporary personnel, I recruited, interviewed,
tested, recommended hiring, trained, developed, and evaluated performance of 2-3 assembly employees. Scheduled and
assigned assembly projects and tasks to employees who produced finished products in a timely, efficient, and reliable manner
with minimal reworking of products.
Achievements:
• Revenues/Profits: Participated with a management team that successfully increased company profitability by introducing,
marketing, selling, and servicing the customized MURV-100 robotic products into international markets. MURV-100 is a
Mobile Unmanned Remote Controlled Vehicle.
• Product Improvements: During my 11-year employment with HDE, I designed, developed, tested, and produced a variety of
product upgrades, technical improvements, and other innovations that significantly improved product quality and reliability.
These improvements included development of more reliable relay control boards, printed circuits for operation of robot, and
monitoring of robotic activities by 3 television cameras built into the robot.

BOEING AEROSPACE, Irving, Texas 3/86 – 11/96
Lead Electronic Bench Technician
• Avionics Electronic Testing: Tested and troubleshot printed circuit boards to the component level for use in avionics systems
onboard commercial aircraft. Produced printed circuit boards and wiring assemblies for use in Boeing aircraft, such as the
Boeing 777/767/757/747/737. Trained, supervised, and evaluated performance of 20 production technicians.
Achievements:
• Revenues/Profits: Recognized by management for developing and implementing effective processes and procedures that
managed engineering changes, reduced reworks, and improved test setup and procedures.
EDUCATION

Oklahoma City Community College, Oklahoma
Completed one year of coursework toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.
MILITARY SERVICE
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, Fort Huachuca, Arizona 8/71 – 5/84
Radio Communications Technician/Staff Sergeant E-5
• Electronic Equipment Testing: Selected by the Company Commander in January 1982 to join an advanced Air Force
technology team assigned to conduct extensive field testing of the prototype Digital Wideband Transmission System (DWTS)
for long-range multi-channel, mobile telephone communications. Participated in the early development and testing of digital
microwave transmission equipment that was under development by Raytheon Corporation and become the forerunner of digital
radio communications systems available today.
• Electronic Installation Technician: Installed Wideband Radio Communication Systems including transceivers, voice and data
multiplexers and other associated equipment and performed on site modifications in various USAF bases and sites throughout
Europe and Asia.
• Supervision/Training/Staff Development: Supervised, scheduled, trained, developed, and evaluated performance of 4-5
Electronics Technicians for 7 years from 1975 to 1982 at post assignments in Germany (4 years) and Tinker Air Force Base in
Midwest City, Oklahoma (3 years). Set up, installed upgrades, and maintained new state-of-the-art electronics and radio systems
during the period of rapid evolution in the communications industry.
