Experience

– Started in construction industry in New-Hampshire/Boston area, in 1972.

– General Contractor (License # CGC 033910) Florida Dept. Professional Regulation

– Fully licensed and certified since 1985-presently active license.

– Owned construction company from 1985 to 1999.

I was a supervisor/project manager when my company was slow in Florida area.

Master craftsman in seven (7) different trades and skilled in a few more.

Professional Estimator, Lay-Out, Wood Framing, Metal Stud Framer, Acoustical Ceiling /

Installation, Door Window Installation, Ceramic Tile Installation.

Knowledge of Construction/Estimating programs/software:

Excel – Turbo Cad 19- FPP – RS Means – GC Est.

I have: WHMIS, lift operator card, powder actuated tools card, safety trained for the new and

more severe rules of safety on the job site that the bigger companies implement (Ellis Don, PCL,

Stuart Olson, Ledcor …)

Skills:

Speak and write English and French.

Speak and read Spanish.

Computer literate, do my own minor repairs.

Writer.

Above average communicator/motivator … took and graduated from special training courses.

Personal:

Left for New-England for work opportunity where I got my construction apprenticeship from

top-of-the-line journeymen/professionals in the U.S., Boston area.

I can teach the next generation of workers from my years of experience.

I am sixty-one (61) years old, mentally alert age in the low 40’s, in the 140’s I.Q. wise and still

learning –learning German now and possibly Chinese next- just to stay alert. I definitely have 6-

7 great years left in me to pass this knowledge to the younger ones. Health is excellent.

I have always worked very hard and managed to be amongst the top employees everywhere I

worked. I am relentless and dedicated to learning and getting better all the time.
